LRD Board Meetings
The Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District Governing Board holds its regular meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in Ellis Hall, Administrative Building, 2500 Jupiter Park Drive, Jupiter, FL 33458. Notice of regular meetings, special meetings, workshops, changes in dates, times or locations are provided by separate Public Notices, which are posted above.
The Governing Board of the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District may take action on any matter during their public meetings, including items that are not specifically set forth within the published agenda.
Public participation is encouraged on any matter on the agenda. If you desire to make a public comment on a matter, you will need to fill out a Speaker's Card and present it to the secretary at the meeting.
Minutes of the Loxahatchee River Environmental Control District Governing Board meetings are not transcribed verbatim. If any person decides to appeal a decision made by the Governing Board with respect to any matter considered at a public meeting or hearing, such person will need a record of the proceedings including all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Such person is responsible to arrange that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made by a court reporter, at the person's own expense.
